Making not only aesthetically pleasing, but tasty food doesn’t always have to be complicated.  Here is a quick and easy meal you can do for any night of the week. Â
You will need these ingredients:
4-6 chicken breasts
9×13 pan
1 ½ cups Kraft Classic Catalina dressing
1 8 oz. jar of apricot preserves
1 package Lipton onion dry soup mix
Start by preheating your oven to 350°.
Carefully place your 4 to 6 chicken breasts into your 9×13 pan.
At this point, you will mix your Catalina dressing, apricot preserves and soup mix in a mixing bowl using a rubber spoon to get any left overs left in the bowl.
Once you have the dressing, preserves, and soup mix mixed together, pour the mixture over the chicken breasts, making sure to get every last drop, and place in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until the chicken meets an internal degree of 165.
Enjoy every last bit of this sweet, savoury and simple dish.
