Do you enjoy books? Audio, hardcover, paperback, pdf, electronic? Well, the Hastings High Library is giving away free books. There is an organization that gives books to high schools, but sometimes they send too many of the same book.
“We received 220 copies of Divergent. We can’t really put that many copies into the circulation because not that many people want to check this book out and read it,” librarian Faye Friesen said.
Students can go to the library and pick out two books. There are several hundred copies of Divergent, The Demigod Diaries, and The Throne of Fire. Go check out the Great Book Giveaway.
