I know what you’re thinking: that’s so basic! However, there’s a good reason why Emma Chamberlain has over 7 million subscribers on YouTube. Her videos are very easy to relate to because she acts like a normal, flawed person instead of a perfect YouTube star. There hasn’t been a single video of hers that I have not laughed at because of how hyper and comedic she is. This may be because of her huge coffee addiction or her constant collabs with other hilarious YouTubers such as The Dolan Twins and James Charles (The Sister Squad). I highly recommend tuning into her channel every time she posts.
2. The Dolan Twins
These 19-year-old identical twins share a YouTube account that has over nine million subscribers. I really enjoy watching their videos because they usually post usually funny pranks or challenges. Also, it’s funny seeing them interact with each other because they’re so similar yet different. They’re also good friends with Emma Chamberlain which seals the deal for me. Any teenager looking for a new favorite YouTuber should go check out their channel; they post every Tuesday.
3. Summer Mckeen
Although Summer is a funny person, I like her channel, and her, for other reasons. I think she’s very down to earth and a great role model for teenagers. Out of all of her videos, I enjoy her Q&A videos the most because she is very honest and stays true to what she believes in even if some people think she’s weird. She also posts a lot of skincare routines and clothing hauls which are very helpful because they give me inspiration on what cute clothes to buy or what to use to take better care of my skin. She posts videos like these every Friday!
4. Olivia Jade
Even though Olivia is most well-known for her Sephora collection, she still has almost two million subscribers. Her videos are usually makeup or clothing related, such as get ready with me and clothing hauls. I like watching them because she’s a very skilled makeup artist and I could use a few tips. Also, I love her sense of style, and because she always makes sure to put where she gets her clothes from in her videos, I can easily find any piece I fall in love with. She uploads new videos every week so there are always new ones to watch!
5. Ellie Thumann
Ellie is a 17-year-old successful YouTuber and model. Some of her videos include photoshoots and what life as a model is like. Her channel has around 1.5 million subscribers. Even though she doesn’t sound like your typical girl, her content usually includes vlogs of normal activities that teenagers do such as hanging out with their friends. I really like watching her videos because she’s a very bubbly person which automatically puts me in a happier mood. I highly recommend checking out Ellie’s channel if you’re looking for new YouTube videos that are relatable and cheerful.
